Book Blogger Hop (15) & Follow Friday (7)

It's Friday so it means it's time for Book Blogger Hop and Follow Friday!

First off, the Book Blogger Hop is a weekly meme hosted by Jennifer of Crazy-for-Books. It is a way for all the book bloggers out there to get together and find out about each other's blogs. I've found a lot of great blogs and bloggers through this hop and it's always a lot of fun to take part in each week.

THIS WEEK'S QUESTION:

WHEN YOU READ A BOOK THAT YOU JUST CAN'T GET INTO, DO YOU STICK IT OUT AND KEEP READING OR MOVE TO YOUR NEXT TITLE?

It honestly depends on the book. Sometimes I won't be able to get into it but if I keep going things pick up and I can get really into the book. Other times I know nothing's going to come of it so I just give up. Most of the time I will keep reading just because I'm afraid I could potentially miss out on something really good just because I didn't give the book a chance.

The Follow Friday is hosted by Parajunkee's View every week. It works a lot like the Book Blogger Hop except that it's only on Fridays. I haven't been taking part in this hop as long but I've found a lot of great new blogs through this one too.

WHAT IS YOUR READING SUGGESTION THIS WEEK?

That's a very good question. I would say Nevermore by Kelly Creagh. I just finished it last weekend and it was absolutely amazing. It's pretty long but it doesn't drag on at all.

UPDATES:

I am back home and this weekend I will be participating and holding a mini-challenge for Lesley of YA Books Reviewed's Halloween Read-a-Thon. Basically I will be reading all weekend, not that it's much different from what I do most weekends. Other than that school has slowed down a bit now that we've moved past the middle of the semester but things will probably pick up again in a few weeks. I'll just enjoy if for now!
