In My Mailbox (36)

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren. It's a post where book bloggers share the books they received for review, purchased, were gifted, traded or borrowed each week.

While this isn't exactly a small mailbox, it is somewhat less crazy as it has been in the past couple of weeks. This might actually give me a chance to catch up on my reading. Plus the only thing standing between me and summer are 4 exams. After that I will have plenty of time to do some reading catch up. So here's what I got this week!

Review:

- The Golden Lily by Richelle Mead - This is probably my most anticipated book for 2012 so I was beyond excited when my advance copy showed up at the beginning of the week. I spent all day yesterday reading it and let me just say that it was awesome. My review will be going up closer to the release date. Though if anyone has already read it and wants to talk, let me know because I would love to talk with you.

Thank you to Razorbill Canada for sending me this!

Won:

- Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs - I already have a copy of this book, but I won this one through the raffle put on by Authors 4 Henryville so now I also have a signed copy. Despite all that, this is a book I still have to read. Maybe now that I have two copies I will finally decide to pick it up off the shelf.

Purchased:

- Hunger & Rage by Jackie Morse Kessler - A few weeks back I received a copy of the third book in this series for review, but I hadn't read the first two. Since I've heard nothing but good things about this series and had been meaning to pick it up, I got myself copies of the first two books to read before the third. Hopefully I'll be able to read them all soon.

So that's it for me this week. If you haven't already, there's still time for you to enter my giveaway to win a hardcover of The Immortal Rules by Julie Kagawa. And as usual, leave me a comment and I'll come check out what you got in your mailbox.
